a wonderful event happening in Vancouver British Columbia called "Winter
Carnival 99, On The Move To Olympic Glory " Jan 14-18, 1999. It's The
Western Region NBS' 20th annual. The named entertainment this year will
be better that ever and the Whistler/Blackcomb Ski Resort has been voted
the #1 winter vacation choice in a recent skiers survey..Also your
dollar will get you $1.48 in Canadian dollars. Housing, shopping and
