------------------------------------
> NC A&T and Howard University have funding for graduate
>study at their respective institutions for this coming fall. While
>it is rather late, perhaps you know of some recent graduate(s) who can
>benefit from these opportunities.
>
> Howard will fund a graduate student for a master's
>degree in computer science by covering tuition in addition
>to giving him or her a stipend of $800/month. The person
>to contact for more information is:
>
> Dr. Shurn--shurn@scs.howard.edu.
>
> NC A&T will do them one better. For anyone who is
>pursuing a PhD in engineering, the university will not only
>pay tuition and award a $1,600/month stipend, but throw
>in another $2,000/year for travel. The contact person
>there is: Ms. Sunnie Howard, (910) 334-7620, ext. 161.

> So, now you see how exciting this is. If you know of no
>students to whom this is applicable, I am sure you can find
>someone to take advantage of this next year and the year
>after that and so on. Please do not hold onto this information
>and not pass it along.
