Gear buyer/Merchandizer. 

Hunt down distressed inventory, set up pricing, means of sale ( "hot deal"
or via our auction), work out logistics of fufillment, manage internal
advertising (get design group to do creative, get creative seeded
throughout our website), get PR for this evolving facet
of our commerce, seed throughout web, get pages designed, set program
goals, P&L responsibility etc.

The key issue is aggressive phone work to negotiate consignment and/or out
right purchase of skis, snowboards, and gear.
