Paul Mixon is attempting to organize the First Annual Black Boaters Summit in
Tortola in July or August of 1998.  In a nutshell, he would like to get 10 or 20
sail and/or power boats ( 60 to 120 people) to join in a one week coordinated
float thru the BVIs.  This is NOT -- repeat NOT -- an NBS event.
