• Personal checks will not be accepted at anytime.  Club check, money order or cashier check “Only” prior to 3/15/2010.  After 3/15/2010 payments should not be mailed, but handled on site.   No checks on site, money order and/or cash only!

Lodging Deposit and Cancellation Policies

• $50 per person by November1, 2009
• Final payment due February 1, 2010.

Cancellation

• Cancellation prior to December 31, 2009 full refund
• Cancellation after December 31, 2009 50% of the deposit will be retained
• There is no refund for individual cancellations made less than FOUR weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date of the group.  Those individuals canceling less than four weeks prior to the arrival date will be billed for the full package price.

GETTING THERE:                                                                                                Reno/Tahoe International Airport and Sacramento International Airport offer more than 200 non-stop and direct flights daily with numerous connecting flights daily through virtually every city throughout the United States.   The Reno/Tahoe Airport s located a short 75 minute ride from Heavenly.

Ground Transportation

South Tahoe Express provides shuttle service between Reno-Tahoe International Airport and South Lake Tahoe Resort Casinos. Multiple daily departures are offered each way with service to the Horizon.  Bus typically departs airport every hour.  Cost is $46 round trip.

Local Ski Shuttle                                                                                                                    Resort shuttles pick-up every 20 to 30 minutes (weather permitting). Look for the white BlueGO Heavenly shuttle stop signs or check with the front desk for Heavenly Ski Shuttle details. All shuttles are free, wheelchair accessible and can accommodate bicycles.
