Lodging Deposit and Cancellation Policies

$50 per person by November1, 2009
Final payment due February 1, 2010.

Cancellation

Cancellation prior to December 31, 2009 full refund
Cancellation after December 31, 2009 50% of the deposit will be retained
There is no refund for individual cancellations made less than FOUR weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date of the group. Those individuals canceling less than four weeks prior to the arrival date will be billed for the full package price.

GETTING THERE: Reno/Tahoe International Airport and Sacramento International Airport offer more than 200 non-stop and direct flights daily with numerous connecting flights daily through virtually every city throughout the United States. The Reno/Tahoe Airport s located a short 75 minute ride from Heavenly.
